Caribbean Realty is incredible to work with. If I could give them 10 stars I would. Freddie was the seller's agent for a property we recently bought. He worked night and day to make it happen. When the interest rate came back too high, he used his contacts to find us another bank (much lower!). When the bank had challenges around insurance, he used his contacts to find a different way. He brings so many resources to the transaction and went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable and understood what was happening every step of the way. he made it so easy for us. I highly recommend working with them and I will do so again.
